The regional headquarters of the NBA and the headquarters of the BAL were designed to be more than just office spaces—they are a bold architectural statement of basketball’s presence and influence. Spanning 1,000 m², these offices celebrate the energy of the sport while embodying the creative and cultural dynamism of a modern, thriving Africa.

From architectural concept to final delivery, Nomads led the entire project, ensuring a seamless execution from the initial design phase to the site supervision and project completion. Our expertise extended beyond architecture to include the design and customization of furniture, creating a cohesive and immersive experience that fully embodies the identity of both organizations.

Nomads envisioned a space that seamlessly integrates the DNA of both the NBA and BAL, translating their essence into a contemporary, high-performance work environment infused with the spirit of the game. Every detail reflects this dynamic identity—curved walls evoke movement, an arched ceiling symbolizes elevation, and parquet flooring pays homage to the iconic basketball court.

Beyond functionality, the design stages a growing sense of pride in African roots and creativity, amplifying the continent’s influence in global sports and culture. Inspired by the BAL’s motto—"Inspire, Empower, Elevate"—our goal was to craft an environment that fuels innovation, energizes collaboration, and champions the future of African basketball.
