From architectural conception to final execution, Nomads led the project at every stage—overseeing the architecture, interior architecture, and interior design, while actively participating in site coordination and construction meetings to ensure a flawless realization.

Its linear structure, framed by raw stone and warm wood accents, reflects a design philosophy rooted in simplicity, sophistication, and a deep respect for the environment. Expansive glass facades dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, immersing the space in the natural landscape and allowing the ocean breeze to flow through.
